This revolutionary approach to peeling achieves incredible results without damaging the skin. Low strength Lactic Acid is used to reduce the skin’s pH and trigger the release of growth factors, which creates tighter, smoother skin. It destroys bacteria, boosts hydration and removes the build-up of dead skin cells, helping to decongest the surface and smooth its texture.

Cool peels can be used to treat acne/problematic, sun damaged and rosacea skins. We recommend a course of 6 treatments weekly.

Acne / Problematic skin :-

Acne is formed when P.acne bacteria found in and around the pilo-sebaceous duct entrance becomes trapped in our pores. When the acid mantle is impaired P.acne becomes trapped in the pore where the bacteria breeds, eventually spreading into the sebaceous gland, setting up an inflammatory response. By lowering the skins PH with our cool peel treatment and creating a sterile environment we can control the bacterial infection and reduce inflammation.

Sun damage (Anti-ageing):-

Applying a low PH acid for several minutes stimulates the keratinocytes to release growth factors. Growth factors stimulate the production of type 1 collagen which is the best structural type of collagen and is no longer produce naturally within the body once you become an adult. This leaves the skin feeling smoother and more refined.

Rosacea is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition which principally affects the face, although causes are not full understood and there is no cure, there are a number of ways to relieve symptoms. By creating a sterile environment we are able to minimise the bacteria present in rosacea skin by stimulating the release of growth factors we can also achieve anti-inflammatory benefits.
